This is good news for those of us outside the fashion bubble\u2013\u00a0Art Heart Fashion<\/em>\u00a0kicks off its open-to-the-public NYFW festivities at 172 Norfolk St in Manhattan on September 6th<\/sup>\u00a0through September 11th<\/sup>. You can score front-row tickets for $250, which come with a VIP gift bag as well as other perks. Her collection, entitled \u201cThe Displaced\u201d intends to campaign the message: \u201cTo change everything, we need everyone.\u201d Unfortunately, the show is off-limits to the non-elite, but the designer is extending after party invites to the public in an effort reinforce her call for unity.
